Well, BabelFish is a program that translates. But... when you translate it back to English... it becomes Ingrish. Here's what I mean. The comments are there for humor.

Original: Lightning, go! Use Thunder Fang!
Lightning is my Luxray.

Japanese: The electric light goes! Thunder fang of use!
Um... OK... but my Luxray is not an electric light... The next sentence is just bad grammar... I can see it now... ( Thunder = Electric sound / Pikachu = Electric mouse / Weird sentence= The spontaneous generation of atomic split atoms into quarks floating around aimlessly in a dark vacuum known as space)

Chinese:The electric lamp is! Use thunder canine!
How'd they get 'is' out of 'goes'? Oh... so now fang is canine. Yep, those vampires sure have giant canines.

French:The flashlight is! Use the canine of thunder!
Great. NOW Lightning is a flashlight. Great.

German:The flashlight is! Use the Eckzahn of the thunder!
Uh... what's an Eckzahn? ( Really? Pikachu, use Eckzahn Bolt!)

Italian:The torch electrical worker is! It uses the Eckzahn of the thunder!
How'd they get 'torch electrical worker'? Eckzahn AGAIN!

Portuguese:The electric worker of the torch is! USA the Eckzahn of the thunder!
How. Did. The. U.S. frikin A. Get. Involved.

Spanish:The electrical worker of the torch is! The USA the Eckzahn of the thunderclap!
Oh. My. God. I am now thinking of witty comments.

So, what have we learned today, class?

~ All Luxrays are actually electrical torch workers.

~ In the next generation of Pokemon, Eckzahn will be somehow involved.

~ Thunder is now Thunderclap.

~ Never trust these translation things..

Conclusion:

All Luxrays are actually working for the C.I.A, triggering thunderclaps to happen by using Thunder, cutting power wires outside the Pokemon building in Japan with their fangs, then, they pretend to be electrical workers, bring a electrical torch ( those spray can things that spray fire when you press the button) cut through the glass in the windows, steal the blueprints from the company ( for the next Pokemon game, of course) bring it back to the U.S.A., make the game with the blueprints, then claim our superiority to the Japanese. It will of course be called Pokemon Eckzahn, and the legendary pokemon will be a giant Luxray.
